Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS Corp.) is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis services. You will ensure continuity of care, support team growth, and maintain alignment with PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree and 1000 field work hours with 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Supervised experience in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical/clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification.
