Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager in Washington to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards.

You will coordinate with regional teams, manage scheduling and staffing, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged; hybrid work options may be available.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics and supervised experience.
• WAC 246-805-210-compliant education and supervised experience per state rules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
