PBS Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support the growth of teams. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.'s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required under local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior-analytic topics per WAC 246-805-220.
• Supervised experience required under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms is complete.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' development.
• Uphold licensure and certification standards.
