Job summary

PBS Corp. in Washington state seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and staff development across regional teams.

You will supervise scheduling, documentation, and compliance with licensure requirements, while promoting ethical clinical standards and high performance. Responsibilities include coordinating with regional teams, maintaining standards, and supporting supervisees' growth within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and compliance with local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a WA-recognized bachelor’s program and complete WAC 246-805-220 coursework; supervised experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms—is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
