Job summary

ECI Software Solutions, Inc. is seeking a License Compliance Manager for its Manufacturing division.

The role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing software license compliance opportunities across the customer base, working with Compliance, Account Management, Sales, Finance, Legal, and other partners to ensure alignment with Software License Agreements. The position requires strong business judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to balance customer relationships with ECI's

Qualifications

• Understanding of software licensing concepts and license agreements.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities from license findings.
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
• Experience communicating findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfort negotiating resolutions while protecting commercial interests.

Responsibilities

• Identify license compliance opportunities across the Manufacturing customer base.
• Develop campaigns to uncover compliance opportunities and expand the pipeline.
• Review licensing, usage, maintenance data to identify discrepancies.
• Lead conversations with customers to resolve compliance findings.
• Work with Account Management, Sales, Finance, Legal to determine resolutions.
• Maintain compliance pipeline and report on progress and forecasts.
• Provide licensing education to customers when needed.
• Partner with Sales and leadership to ensure consistent handling of opportunities.
