The University of North Carolina at Greensboro seeks an embedded Endpoint Support Analyst to provide technology support for faculty and staff within the University Libraries and to manage the Campus-Wide Hardware Procurement program.

You will deploy, maintain, and lifecycle-manage enterprise workstations and peripherals, resolving issues with applications and services to ensure reliable support across the University.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Technology Integration, Networking Technology, or related area with two years of experience in IT.
• Or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with one year of IT experience in the related role.
• Or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, math or engineering or related technical degree with equivalent education/experience.

Responsabilités

• Website Content Management: create, update, and evaluate pages; monitor accessibility and SEO reports; review content for accuracy and accessibility.
• Application Software and Hardware Support: develop and maintain documentation for applications and software; support access tools and data transfer; install and support library hardware devices.
• Research and Planning: collaborate with ITS teams, identify technologies, perform cost analyses, define scope, and assess timelines; assist clients with new library applications.
