• Experience supervising employees, including hiring and performance management.
• Experience managing electronic resources, library systems, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing.
• Ability to collaborate with faculty, admins, students, and staff to support teaching and student success.
• Experience using assessment and data-informed practices to evaluate services.
• Knowledge of copyright, accessibility, privacy, and intellectual freedom.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to community college mission and library role.
