Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited program or equivalent.
- At least three years of professional library experience and two years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for library services.
- Supervise full-time and part-time library staff; manage staffing plans and training.
- Liaise between library and college leadership to align with institutional priorities.
- Deliver information literacy instruction in multiple formats.
