The Substitute Library Associate assists adult customers of all socioeconomic backgrounds with reference questions, readers’ advisory services, and technology. Must demonstrate ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate and secure manner and interact appropriately and effectively with a culturally diverse workforce and community. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
