Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin's College of Liberal Arts Development Office seeks a Liberal Arts Development Associate for Frontline Support to provide proactive frontline services in support of gift officer activities. The role ensures high attention to detail and seamless coordination with Research, Prospect Management, Constituent Engagement and Stewardship teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fundraising admin experience a plus.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Work with Gift Officers to enhance donor engagement for major gifts.
• Support portfolio management, proposals, and stewardship planning.
• Maintain electronic records: engagement activities, proposals, reports, forecasts.
• Prepare reports, donor communications, and gift agreements as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, and reimbursements for gift officers.
• Plan events (workshops, webinars, campus visits) with advancement team.
• Serve as information resource for engagement activities and donors.
• Collaborate across campus to meet development goals and deadlines.
