Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Liberal Arts Development Associate for Frontline Support in the College of Liberal Arts. This role provides proactive frontline services to support gift officer activities, coordinating with Research, Prospect Management, Constituent Engagement and Stewardship staff.

You will partner with gift officers on donor strategy, document engagement and proposals, coordinate meetings and events, and help ensure timely reporting and donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; one year fundraising/admin experience may be substituted as appropriate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with gift officers on donor strategy development and stewardship planning.
• Maintain electronic documentation on engagement activities, proposals, and donor strategies.
• Record timely reports, letters, proposals, and gift agreements; conduct donor research.
• Coordinate activities for COLA Gift Officers; support efficient use of staff time.
• Plan and execute donor-driven events, workshops, webinars, and campus visits.
• Collaborate with advancement team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Serve as an information resource on engagement activities for staff.
