Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience assisting fundraising programs or performing complex administrative functions.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Gift Officers to develop donor strategies, manage portfolios, prepare proposals, and plan stewardship.
• Maintain electronic documentation on engagement activities, proposals, reports, and donor strategies.
• Record timely reports, proposals, gift agreements, and research donor prospects and stewardship projects.
• Coordinate activities for COLA Gift Officers and staff for efficient use of time.
• Schedule internal/external meetings, plan travel, and process reimbursements promptly.
• Plan and execute donor-driven events, workshops, webinars, and campus visits.
• Collaborate with advancement team to meet deadlines and events.
• Serve as information resource for engagement activities and donor relations staff.
• Work professionally with university staff to advance development goals.
