• Oversee development and implementation of comprehensive alumni and donor engagement programs.
• Identify top stewardship prospects and initiatives with leadership.
• Supervise staff focused on donor communications, annual giving, campaigns, and stewardship plans.
• Create metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee alumni engagement tracking and data management in CRM.
• Collaborate with college leadership, UT Austin colleagues, and external partners.
• Plan stewardship events, including virtual and in-person gatherings.
