University of Texas at Austin seeks a Liberal Arts Development Associate for Frontline Support to provide proactive donor engagement and administrative support within the COLA Development Office on the UT Main Campus. You will work closely with gift officers, manage documentation, and coordinate meetings and events to advance fundraising programs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; one year fundraising or admin experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive Frontline Services support to COLA Development Office.
• Collaborate with Gift Officers on donor engagement and stewardship activities.
• Maintain electronic documentation: engagement notes, reports, proposals, and donor strategies.
• Coordinate meetings, plan travel, and process reimbursements for gift officers.
• Assist in events such as workshops, webinars, and campus visits.
• Support timely reporting and donor research as needed.
• Contribute to team planning and ensure efficient use of staff time.
