Responsibilities

• Timely coverage analysis and communications with insured.
• Investigates claims with policyholders, claimants, and other parties.
• Maintains diary system and updates reserves as needed.
• Negotiates disposition of claims with insureds/claimants.
• May manage litigated claims and develop litigation plans as needed.
• Complies with internal and external quality standards and state regulations.
