Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjusts claims and guides independent adjusters and experts.
• Interacts with field operations, legal counsel, safety managers, customers and carriers.
• Manages litigation to ensure appropriate handling within jurisdiction.
• Identifies exposures and recommends solutions to Claim Manager.
• Sets reserves to reflect probable payout based on file developments.
• Liaises with insurance carriers and reinsurers as needed.
