You will evaluate exposure, guide investigations, shape defense strategies with legal teams, and supervise outside counsel while ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of claims handling experience.
• 5+ years in professional and general liability.
• Active 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster License.

Responsabilités

• Manage professional and general liability claims from inception through settlement or trial.
• Direct investigations to establish liability, assess damages, and set reserves.
• Supervise outside counsel and coordinate defense strategies.
• Review applicable case law and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Travel for depositions, mediations, healthcare facility visits, and trial proceedings.
