Lexus of Omaha is seeking an entry-level Service Concierge to greet guests and help create an exceptional service experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to dealership operations and work closely with the Service team to support vehicle flow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a first-class Lexus experience by greeting guests and making a strong first impression.
• Safely move, park, retrieve, and prepare guest vehicles during the service process.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to keep vehicles available and organized.
• Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery to create a seamless ownership experience.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members while providing excellent service.
• Maintain a clean, organized service drive reflecting Lexus brand standards.
• Learn dealership operations and explore future opportunities in Sales, Service, and Leadership.
