Job summary

Lexus of Omaha is seeking a Sales Consultant to welcome guests and provide a professional, personalized Lexus experience from first contact through vehicle delivery. Learn to build relationships and identify guest needs to match them with the right vehicle and ownership experience, with guidance through demonstrations and test drives.

You will gain knowledge of Lexus vehicles and ownership benefits, follow up with guests via phone, text, email and in person, and work alongside experienced sales

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a professional, personalized Lexus experience from first interaction through vehicle delivery.
• Learn how to build relationships and identify guest needs to match them with the right vehicle and ownership experience.
• Assist guests through vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations while providing expert guidance and support.
• Develop strong knowledge of Lexus vehicles, technology, features, and ownership benefits.
• Follow up with guests through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions to create meaningful connections and exceptional experiences.
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals and leaders while developing the skills needed for a successful sales career.
• Deliver vehicles and educate guests on features, technology, and ownership tools to ensure confidence and satisfaction.
• Continuously participate in training and development opportunities to build your sales, communication, and leadership skills.
• Contribute to a team-oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction, growth, and continuous improvement.
