Job summary

Lexus of Omaha is seeking an entry-level Service Concierge to greet guests and help create an exceptional service experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to dealership operations and work closely with the Service team to support vehicle flow and guest satisfaction.

Your Purpose as a Service Concierge:

• Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure vehicles are available, organized, and ready when needed.
• Assist with vehicle pick‑up and delivery services, helping create a convenient and seamless ownership experience for guests.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive that reflects the Lexus brand standards.
• Learn dealership operations while building the skills and experience needed for future career opportunities in Sales, Service, and Leadership.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle

Your Well-Being:

• Competitive Pay: $17.00/hour
• Flexible Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a rotating Saturday schedule, 8am-3pm
