This role supports multiple dealership departments and helps keep operations running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

You will greet guests, manage calls, maintain the front desk and lounge areas, and assist with administrative tasks and cross-team communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm, professional approach at the front desk.
• Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently and accurately; direct clients to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk area at all times.
• Refresh and maintain the guest lounge and hospitality areas throughout the day; ensure spaces are clean and presentable.
• Log and track key dealership items and activity; support basic data entry and daily tasks across departments.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience; assist with follow-ups and internal communication as needed.
