Lexus of Omaha, part of Baxter Auto Group, seeks a Service Concierge to greet guests and kick off their service experience. You will help move and prepare vehicles, coordinate with service staff, and assist with pickup/delivery, contributing to a smooth, high‑quality guest journey.

• Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery services, helping create a convenient and seamless ownership experience for guests
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members while providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive that reflects the Lexus brand standards
• Learn dealership operations while building the skills and experience needed for future career opportunities in Sales, Service, and Leadership

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

• Flexible Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with a rotating Saturday schedule, 8am-3pm
