RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming phone calls
• Cashier will handle payments from service customers
• Transfer calls to the appropriate parties, such as service advisors, parts department, etc.
• Schedule appointments for customers with special order parts
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and professionalism. When necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Answer online chat communications
