RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all incoming phone calls
• Cashier will process payments from service customers
• Transfer calls to the appropriate departments, such as service advisors or parts
• Schedule appointments for customers with special order parts
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and professionalism; refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate personnel when necessary
• Respond to online chat communications
