RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Handle all incoming phone calls.
2. Cashier will handle payments from service customers.
3. Transfer calls to the appropriate departments, such as service advisors or parts.
4. Schedule appointments for customers with special order parts.
5. Handle customer complaints with integrity and professionalism. When necessary, refer dissatisfied customers to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
6. Respond to online chat communications.
