Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Service Administrator to help our busy service department run smoothly. Your day will include reviewing and billing repair orders, answering phones to schedule service, and data entry to verify warranty claims.

We value integrity and strong customer service. Candidates should have a valid driver's license, be comfortable at a desk, and have automotive/dealership experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, a good part of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing our repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. You are also adept at data entry with a keen eye for accuracy, and you use these skills to enter and verify warranty claims for repairs done at our dealership.
