Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Ephrata, PA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who builds warm relationships with clients and guides them to the best vehicle choice using a transparent, stress-free approach.

You will showcase features and safety tech, highlight Market Driven Pricing, and deliver excellent customer service in a team-driven environment with an emphasis on integrity and value.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior hospitality or retail sales experience is helpful.
• PA Vehicle Sales License (we will help you acquire if needed).

Responsibilities

• Develop a warm, friendly relationship with clients and listen to their needs.
• Suggest a vehicle based on wants and needs and provide a feature demonstration of its technology and safety features.
• Provide a stress-free buying experience through Market Driven Pricing; avoid high-pressure negotiation.

Automotive Sales Consultant

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County - 4251 Oregon Pike, Ephrata PA 17522

Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Pay: Commission-based
