Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Ephrata, PA is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to build trustful relationships with clients and guide them to the right vehicle. You will listen to needs, demonstrate features and safety tech, and present transparent pricing in a low-pressure environment.

Candidates should have strong communication, excellent customer service, and a valid PA Vehicle Sales License (assistance to acquire provided).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
• Excellent customer service and ability to listen to client needs.
• Prior hospitality or retail sales experience is helpful.
• PA Vehicle Sales License support available if needed.

Schedule: Includes working some evenings and every Saturday; you will have a designated day off during the week and the dealership is closed on Sunday

Pay: Commission-based
