Job summary

Bobby Rahal Automotive Group in Ephrata, PA is seeking a dedicated Service Administrator to support the team in our busy Service department. The successful candidate will assist in reviewing and billing repair orders, answering customer calls, and entering warranty claims with exceptional accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, strong phone and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid time off, health insurance, and a supportive work environment.

• Automotive / dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and bill repair orders in the busy Service department.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.00

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, a good part of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing our repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. You are also adept at data entry with a keen eye for accuracy, and you use these skills to enter and verify warranty claims for repairs done at our dealership.
