Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County in Ephrata, PA is seeking a Service Administrator to support a busy Service department. The role involves backing up team members, reviewing and billing repair orders, and helping clients schedule service appointments.

You’ll enter data with accuracy, verify warranty claims, and maintain courteous, professional communication. A valid driver's license and good computer skills are essential; on-the-job training and advancement opportunities are offered.

What You'll Do

In this position, a good part of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like reviewing and billing our repair orders or answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments. You are also adept at data entry with a keen eye for accuracy, and you use these skills to enter and verify warranty claims for repairs done at our dealership.
