In this role, you will be part of a desktop support team providing maintenance and support for computer systems and devices. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience, an associate degree or relevant certification, and the ability to support classified systems. The position offers a competitive salary of $41-$47/hour along with benefits including a 401(k) matching program.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in supporting enterprise-level PCs as an IT Desktop Technician.
• Ability to support both classified and unclassified networks.
• Familiarity with security requirements such as ICD 503.

Responsabilidades

• Provide maintenance and support for computing devices and associated peripherals.
• Monitor and update ServiceNow to ensure SLAs are met.
• Assist with relocations and re-installations of equipment.
