Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC seeks a DHA - Deskside Technician-Tier 2 in Falls Church, VA. The role requires active DoD Public Trust and provides on-site support for desktop and laptop users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring data backup/recovery during upgrades or incidents.

You will address printing and peripheral problems and support AD, email, and standard desktop images. The candidate should have DOD 8570 IAT Level II/III certification, a relevant degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• DOD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification required (e.g., Security+ CE).
• Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of technical support experience OR HS diploma + 8 years of technical support experience.
• Minimum 4 years enterprise experience in government or commercial environments.
• Must hold an active DOD Public Trust or higher.
• Familiar with MS Office suite and MS Project.
• Knowledge of workstation administration and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Daily client interface and service delivery.
• Provide desktop and laptop support for Microsoft and other software.
• Ensure data backup, recovery and restoration during upgrades or issues.
• Respond to printers, peripherals, and network-related problems.
• Provide phone and in-person support including AD, email, LAN/WAN, and standard desktop images.
• Serve as first point of contact for IT issues (hardware, software, passwords).
• Build solid working relationships with customers and IT staff.
