Job summary

Interface Systems is seeking a Level 3 iSOC Coordinator to manage real-time security events, alarms, and two-way audio interactions from our on‑site Operations Center. You will escalate appropriately, coordinate with emergency services, and document incident responses with precision.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and customer service experience, with strong communication and calmness under pressure. The role includes a night shift, shift differentials, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service, call center, dispatch, or security experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay calm in high‑pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote security checks/virtual tours of customer locations, observing for vulnerabilities and unusual activity.
• Conduct virtual security escorts to safeguard customers during openings/closings or requests.
• Communicate with customer locations using two‑way audio/video surveillance technology.
• Take appropriate action based on severity, including contacting emergency services.
• Answer inbound calls to resolve, escalate, or support security inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the system of record.
• Monitor, verify and respond to alarm signals and verify validity.
• Perform video verification of alarms to confirm incidents.
• Notify specified individuals as per instructions.
• Provide life safety support by ensuring clear dispatch to emergency personnel.
• Provide basic alarm support (arming/disarming, resetting).
• Manage live audio interactions during alarm events using two‑way audio.
