Job summary

Element Materials Technology is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician in Enfield, CT to provide 2nd line support for IT Operations. The role includes supporting existing systems and assisting with migrations and new implementations, while ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate must have a computer-related degree or Microsoft certification and experience with server and desktop support.

Knowledge in Windows OS, Office Suite, and strong teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant server / desktop support experience.
• Experience leading rollouts, migrations and system upgrades.
• Ability to work on one's own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line IT support for Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Teams.
• Administer Microsoft Active Directory and MDM.
• Participate in incident and problem management using ServiceNow.
