Exclusively Remote is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join a client's growing MSP team in a remote capacity. This independent contractor role requires MSP experience and a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, and networking.

You will support multiple clients, troubleshoot complex issues, document effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while maintaining US-hour alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of MSP experience in a managed services environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Azure VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with virtualization, VPNs, hardware firewalls, backup solutions and networking technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Organized, process-driven and able to perform under pressure.
• A collaborative team player with a passion for learning new technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent MSP experience (required)
• Experience supporting multiple clients in a managed services environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Intune
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure VMs, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and directory synchronization
• Familiarity with virtualization, VPNs, hardware firewalls, backup solutions, and networking technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Organized, process-driven, and able to perform well under pressure
