Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA, is seeking a Lending System Analyst II to oversee the Lending 360 platform and related systems. You’ll collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure quality loan applications and digital services for members.

Responsibilities include testing, implementation, user support, and process documentation to uphold regulatory and policy standards. A strong analytical mindset and experience with Origence and related tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years of similar or related experience.
• AA, BA/BS degree with an emphasis in Business, IT/IS, Computer Science preferred or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with Lending Systems and Banking vendors including Origence, XDI, Zest AI, Trustage, Fintechs and Credit Reporting agencies; Jack Henry Symitar EASE.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial back office environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate Lending 360 loan origination system and related systems.
• Test and coordinate system improvements and post-implementation updates.
• Provide end-user helpdesk support for lending applications.
• Deliver technical support for lending systems applications and integrations.
• Serve as escalation contact within Consumer Lending and between IT and product owners.
• Maintain and document standard operating procedures for applications.
• Assist with incident response and track production issues.
• Train, document, and support operating procedures and best practices.
