Job summary

Qualifications

• AA, BA/BS degree preferred in Business/IT/CS.
• 2–4 years of Lending Operating System experience.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Experience with Origence, XDI, Zest AI, Trustage, Fintechs, CRAs and Jack Henry Symitar EASE.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate Lending 360 origination and related systems.
• Provide lending system application support and escalation.
• Assist with incident response and documentation of changes.
• Maintain SOPs for operation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with vendors and teams across departments.
