Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Loan Sales & Service Ambassador to support members and non-members via call and email channels. You will promote Apple products and services, complete loan paperwork, and ensure a smooth, courteous application process.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a financial institution and/or call center.
• Experience in lending or member/customer service preferred.
• Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls from members wanting to apply for a loan or who have questions regarding an existing loan.
• Act as a trusted lending advisor and use integrity with every sale and service.
• Qualify member for appropriate products and services and seek to close sales.
• Process member loans by phone: interview, qualify, review credit reports, prepare documentation.
• Assist members with opening/closing accounts and basic loan servicing questions.
• Prepare analytical reports in MS Excel summarizing leads and applications.
