Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Lending Systems Analyst II to oversee the Lending 360 system, coordinate with vendors, and ensure quality loan applications and digital services for members. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Consumer Lending Underwriting and Quality Assurance.

You will support day-to-day operations, design and test lending-related systems, and maintain procedures to meet policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of related Lending Operating System experience.
• Degree in Business, IT/IS, or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with Lending Systems and Banking vendors, including Origence, XDI, Zest AI, Trustage, Fintechs, Credit Reporting agencies, and Jack Henry Symitar EASE.
• Proficient with Atlassian JIRA and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate Lending 360 loan origination system and related integrations.
• Test, evaluate, and recommend system improvements; coordinate deployments.
• Provide end-user helpdesk support for lending systems.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and product owners to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for applications.
• Participate in incident response and track production issues.
