Job summary

Apple Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lending System Analyst II to enhance the Consumer Lending Operating System. You will liaison with IT and vendors, support loan products, and ensure quality digital loan services for members.

Role focuses on system operation, application support, testing, and process improvements, with a hybrid in-office schedule at Fairfax, VA. Requires experience with lending systems and vendor integrations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related Lending Operating System experience.
• BA/BS degree in Business, IT/IS, Computer Science preferred or equivalent.
• Experience with Lending Systems and Banking vendors (Origence, XDI, Zest AI, Trustage, Fintechs, Credit Reporting agencies, Jack Henry Symitar EASE).
• Experience with Atlassian products, including JIRA.
• Experience creating detailed Excel reports.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Lending 360 loan origination system and related systems; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Provide technical support for lending system applications, digital storefronts, and integrations; assist end-users via helpdesk.
• Assist with testing, documentation, and rollout planning of new functionality and upgrades.
• Maintain operating procedures and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
