You will work at the branch, meet individual and branch goals, and learn relevant financial regulations to stay compliant. The position offers a base hourly rate with a monthly incentive based on performance and company results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or sales position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
• Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
• Must work at the assigned branch location unless emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by solving problems and presenting loan solutions.
• Process credit loan applications and analyze financial information.
• Proactively contact customers with past due balances to offer solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and branch sales goals.
• Learn Federal, State, and Local consumer laws to ensure compliance.
• Maintain a cash drawer and handle deposits as required.
• Perform additional tasks based on market demand and staffing.
