Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and maintain up-to-date loan files for the SVP’s book of business.
• Capture the structure and context of each deal and work with Renovo’s loan processors to ensure smooth processing and underwriting.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers through the loan process and coordinate with the SVP of Lending.
• Coordinate calendars and schedules for the Lending team and help maintain the lead funnel and document vault.
