Renovo Financial, a Chicago-based private lender, is seeking a Senior SVP of Lending to manage a book of business and onboard new clients. You will coordinate with loan processors to ensure deals are efficiently processed and underwritten, while fostering long-term relationships with key investors.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, strategic advisory, and leadership within a busy, growth-oriented team environment in Chicago. Previous leadership in real estate lending is a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum seven years of experience as a Loan Officer at a community bank or private lender.

Mansioni

• Hire a dedicated and experienced Asset Manager (in addition to the Production Assistant).
• Participates in recruitment efforts for new Loan Officers.
• Maintains a portfolio of 60-75 active customers averaging 20+ loans per month.
• Sustains a customer repeat rate of >90%.
• Leads training for Loan Officers.
• Dedicates 2-4 hours per week coaching and mentoring AVP/VP officers.
