Job summary

Renovo Financial, a Chicago-based private lender, is seeking a Production Assistant to support the VP of Lending by organizing loan files and capturing deal context to speed underwriting.

You will liaise with clients, processors, and the VP to maintain a smooth loan process, document deal structures, draft LOIs, and keep lead funnels and calendars up to date for ongoing client success.

Qualifications

• Document the structure of a deal with VP.
• Draft, issue, & collect LOIs.
• Follow-up on Document Needs List with client and maintain partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize, and maintain up-to-date loan files for the VP’s book of business.
• Capture the structure and context of each deal to support underwriting.
• Be the main point of contact for customers through the loan process.
• Glue between Processing and the VP of Lending, ensuring smooth handoffs.
