Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a loan officer at a community bank or private lender.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed growth targets and expectations.
• Strong knowledge of real estate lending and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business with a target of 50+ active customers.
• Take full applications from clients and document their story.
• Develop a Circle of Success for each client and become a trusted advisor.
• Review core documents and coordinate LOI with the Production Assistant.
• Grow client portfolio and achieve repeat business through referrals.
