Renovo Financial, a Chicago-based private lender, is seeking a VP of Lending to manage a book of business and onboard new clients. You will work closely with loan processors to ensure deals are efficiently processed and underwritten.

The role emphasizes building strategic relationships, delivering creative solutions to investors, and growing the client portfolio with a repeat-rate target. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a loan officer at a community bank or private lender.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed growth targets and expectations.
• Strong knowledge of real estate lending and credit processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a book of business with a target of 50+ active customers.
• Take full applications from clients and document their story.
• Develop a Circle of Success for each client and become a trusted advisor.
• Review core documents and coordinate LOI with the Production Assistant.
• Grow client portfolio and achieve repeat business through referrals.
