Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union seek a Consumer Lending Operations Specialist to maintain loan documentation quality, accuracy, and compliance while delivering exceptional member service. The role handles servicing requests, documentation exceptions, and lending records across core systems, supporting continuous process improvements.

Ideal candidates will have strong lending knowledge, attention to detail, and time management skills to enhance member experience and operational excellence

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
• Associate's Degree in Finance or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in financial services, customer service, lending, or mortgage lending.
• 2+ years' experience in consumer or mortgage lending.
• Symitar experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist members and staff with collateral protection insurance inquiries and claims.
• Provide support via phone, email, secure messaging; ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Process credit verifications, consent-to-remove forms, coupon orders, and related correspondence.
• Monitor online banking secure messages and department emails.
• Maintain loan documentation and storage systems for consumer and real estate loans.
• Service consumer real estate loans: payoff statements, payoff funds, HELOC checks, insurance claim support.
• Record deeds of trust and releases; ensure proper loan documentation.
• Perform quality control reviews of loan documents and imaging; correct discrepancies as needed.
