Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union are hiring a Consumer Lending Coordinator to accurately process consumer loan files, including Personal and Home Equity Lines of Credit, and to prepare all documents for closing while ensuring lien positions and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes notary duties (in-person, e-notary, remote) and adherence to lending regulations, with a focus on exceptional member service and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, including 2+ years in financial services.
• 1+ years of consumer lending or mortgage experience.
• 2+ years of consumer loan processing experience preferred.
• Minnesota notary certification preferred or willing to become a Minnesota notary.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; strong analytical skills.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer loan files accurately and timely.
• Prepare loan documents and real estate documentation to secure lien positions.
• Ensure underwriting conditions are met before closing.
• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and HMDA/MLA rules.
• Notary acts for loan closings (in-person, e-notary, remote).
