Job summary

Furuno USA, Inc. is looking for a Leisure Marine Product Support Specialist to provide technical support primarily from our Denton, MD location while occasionally traveling for shipboard repairs. An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with Furuno products, vocational training in electronics, and a strong ability to troubleshoot issues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Furuno products or military electronics.
• Valid Driver’s License and Passport required.
• FCC License with Radar Endorsement within 2 years of hire.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical inquiries via telephone and email.
• Conduct shipboard repairs and interface equipment.
• Draft technical FAQs and product documentation.
• Prepare trip reports and communicate performance issues.
