Qualifications

• Windows OS experience and familiarity with Office/Teams.
• CRM & VOIP experience with listed tools is expected.
• Willingness to travel up to ~30% annually.
• Familiarity with AI tooling is a plus.
• HS Diploma or GED; higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated support calls and CRM cases with clear, professional communication.
• Provide in-person training and limited field service across the Americas.
• Coordinate with in-house and field service for after-sales lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineering to relay real-world feedback for product improvements.
• Develop SME knowledge across Raymarine product ranges.
• Travel as required to support customers.
