Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operation of Olympia and/or district office.
  • Maintain records per public records act.
  • Answer phones and greet visitors.
  • Manage calendar with complex scheduling and travel.
  • Track bills through drafting and process timelines.
  • Draft responses to emails, letters, and calls; handle high volume inquiries.
  • Coordinate with constituents and agencies to resolve issues.
  • Submit detailed accounting reports for travel and expenses.
